In the first instance you should address your complaint to Tom Powell. We will supply you with a copy of our complaints procedure upon receipt of a complaint or at any time upon request. If you cannot settle your complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service http://www.fos.org.uk/ Alternatively other out of court complaint and redress procedures may be available.
